How GoDesign Pte Ltd collects, uses and looks after your personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, property type, indicative timeline and budget, and anything you choose to tell us about your home. We ask for nothing else, and you do not need to give us identity documents or financial details to speak to us.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry, understand what you are planning and prepare a proposal. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, we keep your project records for as long as we need them for the work and for our legal and accounting obligations. If you do not, we delete your enquiry after 12 months.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
