Bringing warmth and personality into modern HDB living, this 4-room resale HDB at Pasir Ris Drive 1, Singapore, features a distinctive warm contemporary interior design. Rich terracotta accents, light wood-look flooring and soft neutral finishes come together to create a cosy, inviting home with a modern aesthetic.
The living room makes a statement with a terracotta TV feature wall, introducing depth and character to the space. Light-coloured flooring and neutral surrounding walls balance the earthy tones, while linear ceiling lighting enhances the room's clean, contemporary appearance.
A generous opening between the living room and kitchen creates a visual connection between both spaces, contributing to a more open and connected interior. The kitchen features light-coloured cabinetry, classic white subway-style wall tiles and practical under-cabinet lighting, creating a bright and functional environment for everyday cooking.
In the bedroom, a warm-toned headboard feature wall continues the home's cohesive colour palette, bringing comfort and visual harmony into the private living space.
Through the thoughtful combination of earthy terracotta tones, contemporary finishes and practical space planning, GoDesign has created a distinctive resale HDB interior that balances modern style with everyday comfort.
